This research aims to analyze the novel Divórcio, by Ricardo Lísias. By reading this plot, published in 2013, which has fifteen chapters titled kilometers, we suggest a discussion about Lysias' novel making from the mechanism of counter-discourse inserted in the novel that appears to respond writing a journal. To carry out such inquiries, we will investigate: the composition aesthetics undertaken by the author to model her narrative, the figure of the narrator, the characters and plot, as well as the discourse undertaken in the diary and the counter-discourse which is consolidated in response to the discourse of this intimate agenda.
