RESUMO:

The thesis in question is conected to the area of concentration Studies of Linguistic Processes, line of research Studies of Discursive Processes of the Graduate Program in Linguistics (PPGL) of the State University of Mato Grosso (UNEMAT) Campus Cáceres MT. The theme is the funk discourse. The discourse of funk proibidão was delimited as an object. It emerges from the interest in understanding the functioning of this discursivity in different conditions of production and circulation, periphery/favela versus places outside the favela. Because it is a controversial discourse, it constitutes the social tension of what is allowed and what is forbidden, it suffers the exercise of interdiction in certain contexts. The theoretical contribution of Franco-Brazilian Discourse Analysis subsidizes the analytical method based on the writings of Michel Pêcheux and Eni Puccinelli Orlandi; The historical memory of funk is based on the studies of Micael Hershmann, Hermano Paes Vianna, Mylena Mizrahi, Adriana Carvalho Lopes, Juliana da Silva Bragança and Adriana Facina; Erotic body is based on the elaborations of Christophe Dejours. It is intended to analyze the discourse of funk proibidão with the specific objective of apprehending the dynamics of discursive processes that, perhaps, relate the discourse of funk proibidão to the discourse of pedophilia; to describe the interdiction exercises based on elements of the discourse of funk proibidão for circulation in a wide social space. As well as, to point out what enables the circulation of meanings in a restricted circulation space. The corpus, extracted from corpora containing 124 songs by 13 famous funk artists between 2010 and 2020: Danny Bond; Daize Tigrona; Dj R7; Mc Carol; Mc Daleste; Mc João; Mc Katia; Mc Livinho; Mc Orelha; Mc Pedrinho; Mc Xuxu; Mr. Catra; Valesca Popozuda, consists of enunciative clippings allocated in the semantic region of the erotic within the Discursive Formation of Funk. The analysis of the excerpts leads us to understand the functioning of the proibidão in the interior of the favela as partially detached from the moral modesty that restricts the materialization in the language if meanings avoided by the hegemonic class, which has the ideological apparatuses of the state, or legislative devices to censor certain sayings. It is concluded that the exercise of interdicting funk proibidão establishes a deeper relationship with the discursive process of criminalizing the poor black favelado. The interdiction outside the favela would not occur if it were funk taken over by the white-skinned ruling class. The association of funk with the crime of apology for pedophilia does not adhere to the fact that the funk cultural movement denounces the reality of the social locus unassisted by public security policies. But that blames him for exposing a fact of the world that does not occur only in the favela.
