TRAINING NEEDS OF TEACHERS OF STATE SCHOOL MEDICAL SCHOOL IN TANGARÁ DA SERRA - MT

On-the-job training provides educational professionals with the formative moment of improvement and reflection of pedagogical practice, reflecting directly on their professional practice. The purpose of this research is to study the formative needs of high school chemistry teachers from state schools in the city of Tangará da Serra - MT, analyzing and identifying the needs that allow us to model a formative intervention proposal and apply it. The methodological procedures for conducting the research were the bibliographic analysis, through bibliographic review and the survey conducted through the Survey Monkey questionnaire, whose data were analyzed using basic statistics techniques: frequency and percentage. Research sample consisted of 18 teachers of chemistry who work in high school, whose universe is 22 teachers of the state school system in the city of Tangará da Serra-MT. It is hoped with this research to understand and contribute to the professional learning area of chemistry teachers. The results suggest that the research participants are partially satisfied with the "continuing education" in service offered in the state school system, but believe that this can improve if the studies are directed to the teacher's pedagogical practice, improving their teaching with innovative and current learning resources that reach students' interest and solve classroom learning problem situations.
