RESUMO:

This research proposes to understand the theme of Human Rights in the context of the basic education, in the State Public Network of Mato Grosso in the municipality of Cáceres-MT, The problem was outlined as follows: how and to what extent the theme of Is Human Rights Education (HRE) being addressed in everyday education? In In line with the problem, our main objective is to analyze how it is being promoted HRE in schools. The research will be developed with bibliographic studies and in a descriptive and exploratory dynamic, via the qualitative approach of the landmarks legislative and educational guidelines of the Brazilian State on the subject. For the collection of data will be the primary sources of the Internal Regulations and Political Projects
Pedagogical Projects (PPPs) of the selected institutions, possible educational projects and educational plans teachers' classes, in addition to a questionnaire that will be applied to the teachers educators. The criteria to be observed in the reflection will be articulated in the scope of the characterization of school communities, educational principles and conceptions; objectives, curricula, democratic participation, school environment and continuing education on the theme. At the end of the research we propose the preparation of a paradidactic notebook while pedagogical product, focusing on the theme of Human Rights. In this way, we believe that the research and the proposed paradidactic notebook will contribute to the promotion of praxis emancipatory pedagogical measures, highlighting the need to expand the knowledge of all education workers in relation to HRE, in order to to raise awareness in the school community for the coexistence of a fairer society, withindividuals who are more aware of their rights and duties.
